Sundew, Drosera venusta

My sundew, the indigenous Drosera capensis, was well-wrapped and supplied in a sturdy, protective box with the other items that I had ordered. I could easily track the progress of its journey from Somerset West to where it was delivered to me at the expected time by a friendly courier service. Upon receipt of the parcel, I noticed that the plant was in a good, healthy condition and I immediately transplanted it into a bigger pot containing the recommended carnivorous plant mix. It has acclimatised well to its new environment, has caught a number of insects, and is actively forming new leaves at the centre of its rosette. Whenever I had a query, Terry was prompt to respond and provided professional service with a smile. Whenever you are interested in purchasing a carnivorous plant, they have a big variety of species and cultivars. I would highly recommend them. A big thank you to Terry and his team.

The plant delivered was excellently packaged and in great health. I have wanted to get into growing carnivorous plants for years and I will definitely be buying again soon.
I am think of buying a DC XL Venus flytrap or Sarracenia Zintile but am not sure if my window sill is bright enough since I can't grow outdoors. I have a north facing window that receives bright indirect light all day and full sun from 14:00 till 17:00. If this isn't enough can you recommend a flytrap or pitcher that will be better suited or perhaps a good and affordable grow light to buy. Tnx

Being a first-time buyer of a Cape Sundew, I was pretty unsure of what the plant requires to survive, but the team at Bonsai Tree were patient & helpful.
