Best carving bits I've used

I love these Nibbler carving bits. They absolutely unleash the power of the humble Dremel. You don't need a die grinder (which to some people can be intimidating) to do some decent carving. They remove a good amount of wood almost effortlessly and one never gets the feel that you are a knifes edge away from injuring yourself! I like the T shape cutter as it gives more texture to the carving.
