To create beautiful bends in a bonsai tree, consider using suitable wire and winding it around branches or even the trunk of the tree. This can be done by the bonsai artist at any time, and when the wire is removed some weeks or even months later, the shaped area will remain in that form. Keep in mind that the best time to wire deciduous trees is in late spring through autumn, while evergreens such as pines and junipers are better wired in winter. For evergreens, annealed copper wire is recommended for its superior holding power. However, for deciduous trees, anodized aluminium wire is the material of choice. Other uses for wire include guy wiring, securing drainage mesh, and securing freshly repotted trees into their pots.
Outstanding product and service. absolutely top drawer...
This is a great product to use for general thinner branch bending and even young tree stems. I have more thick wire, but not so many uses for it. This is a perfect fit.
Hi Terry. Thank you for the quick service I recieved from you. I ordered some bonsai wire and within a week i recieved it. But thats not all, also thank you for the nice samples I recieved with that. I will defenitly order from you again.
Extremely satisfied with the wire, very good product at a very good price, definitely going to buy a lot more. Highly recomended.
The wire is gr8. I would like to purchase some tools in future but those are seriously expensive. Wondering if there are manufacturers in SA who might make them cheaper than the Japanese imports. Over all gr8 online store. Wil definitely buy again in future.
