Hi, I will send photos on the Bonsai Branch cutter, 17.5cm bought. The cutting edges are not directly over each other, so the tool bend and cut as just to cut it straight through. This is not a good purchase, any recommendations. I will send photos. Daandre
Hello Daandre. Thank you for your review, although if you were unhappy with the tool I would have welcomed the opportunity to do something about it. That said most people want to start off somewhere affordable and are happy with this tool, as indicated in the many reviews. You may need to adjust your expectations though. You cannot expect the quality promise of our Japanese handmade branch cutters for the price of these mass produced Chinese tools.
It is sharp. I didn’t have branches to cut but had some knuckles to remove and yes I know it’s not meant for that but it worked great for the size I had to remove. Next time I’ll get the real deal to see and feel the difference. But for the special price it’s a steal. Recommended if you’re a beginner like me😁
